Missing app?

I had to do a soft reset on my phone, and now I'm missing a downloaded app on my main menu. I can shortcut to it on my main screen as a shortcut, but how do I add it back to my main menu?

Try rebooting your phone. Or you can uninstall, and reinstall the app.
