missing apps in market?

I just got the Droid 3 and I was going through the market to put the apps I had on my D1 back on the new phone well I can't seem to find any mp3 music downloading apps

I had a few called musicbox, mp3 downloader, and now there is none available I even did google searches for these and the links that took me to the market where it said unable to locate or something... does anyone know why the mp3 download programs have disappeared?

It just seems odd that they would all disappear I was just using the apps on my old phone earlier.. I hope there will be another one released so I can download it, from what I understand once its downloaded to the phone I can continue to use it even if its removed from the market.

If anyone stumbles across an mp3 download app please post it here and I will grab it from the market... TIA

Going into settings and manage apps.. then clear cache and data for the MARKET, then sign back in.

I just cleared cache and data but when I went into market it made me agree to terms but not sign back in when I searched for anything related to mp3 download there was nothing new..

Pulled for infringement is my guess. If it's too good to be true (i.e. free music downloads) then it probably is. Be aware that discussing infringing apps is against forum rules.
