Missing Apps

I have flashed the most current Rubix Focused ROM to my x, but now it seems that the majority of my apps are missing from the app drawer.

What do I need to do to get my apps back?

Yes, I did make a backup via clockwork bootstrap.

did you make app backups with titanium backup? also when you activated the phone and signed in to your google acct they should have started downloading again from the marketplace.

Yes, I did.

I see now that they are appearing in the app drawer slowly. I did not know that they would dl in the background with no notification in the bar.

For my calendar and to-do list apps, will my data be restored as well?

calendar should be fine since it should have backed everything up to google. for the most part though none of your data will be restored unless you manually restore it from titanium.

It would seem that I have lost the majority of my contacts. My TiBu backup along with my Lookout backup are incomplete, which is weird. Very irritating.

I also had to search fairly deeply for bootstrap in Astro, and reload it.

Any ideas, anyone?
