Missing features? More issues?

I just updated my gf's eris last night. I see some new features like google navigation, but theres a few new things missing:

- 3D gallery
- Voice-to-Text
- pinch-to-zoom in maps

Now for issues:
- Using Spare Parts causes Sense UI to reboot everytime I leave an app and back out to the home screen.
- GPS thinks im in China, which in turn causes the Flip Clock to show the wrong date and time, and gives the wrong weather.

I already have tried the following, in this order:
- Flashed OTA
- Reboot phone
- Battery pull
- Factory reset

Live Wallpaper is not enabled, and apparently voice-to-text was left out too.

Since they have zoom buttons in Maps I am assuming that isn't part of the OTA 2.1 drop either.

Not sure what the issue is with Spare Parts. However, may I suggested Quick Settings instead? (The comments of Spare Parts suggests some strange behavior on the Eris.)

As far as the GPS, sounds like a hardware issue. I would take it into a store, or call Verizon.

Thanks for the quick reply.
So its safe to assume that nobody got the 3 features that I thought I was missing out on? Thats unfortunate, I could have sworn I saw it on the official release pdf on the verizon support site. My girlfriend was really looking forward to Voice-to-Text and the 3D gallery. Pinch to zoom in maps wasnt such a big deal.

I will check out Quick Settings, thanks for the suggestion. I think I will wait a few days to see if the GPS problem persists. Then I will make that trip to verizon for a swap.

Anyone know if the Eris has issues with GPS? This is my gf's 2nd Eris, the first one had the same GPS issue. It went away with the replacement, but came back after the 2.1 update.
