Missing video

I took a short video for training purposes, and can review it on the phone. The problem is that when I plug in the usb and go to dcim, I see all the other photos/vids in my gallery EXCEPT for that one. I tried uploading it to photobucket, and got nowhere with the upload. Emailing is too large, bluetooth is not pairing properly to transfer files (always have had problems with that) Any thoughts on what the hell's going on?

check for those pics in both sdcard and sdcard-ext DCIM/camera folders

There are "2"sdcards. One is labeled sdcard and the other is sdext. Both have scum folders

Found the issue, although weird. Some vids save to phone while others save to sd card.. whats that all about?
