What about accidental double-posts that seem to happen with IE? I have had situations where I was editing a post and instead of simply replacing the existing post with the corrections it would post the entire message again. This has happened at least 2 times recently and I know it's happened to me before.

Perhaps having a delete option would be frowned upon by the OPs because it can derail a post thread, but can't the same thing happen if someone goes in and edits their original message or reply to something completely different or simply replaces their post with a garbage text? I for one am voting for a delete button.

The delete option is available once you go into edit mode:)

It is? Strange... I've never seen it. I'll look closer next time. Thx.
