MIUI Fix for 1.8.5?

Im planning on switching back to MIUI from cm7 for a while and I have a few questions. Does the zip that fixed most known issues with 1.7.22 (camera, youtube etc.) work with 1.8.5? If so why cant i find it in rom manager anymore? Does anyone know where i can download it? Im really looking forward to better battery life with MIUI.
