MIUI Theme Icons in another ROM?

Just like the title says, I'm wondering how I would go about putting the icons from a MIUI theme into a theme for, say UD? Would I just take the icons out of the Theme's Icon Folder and put them into the customized_icons (somethin like that folder in /data/etc) while on UD?

Sorry if it's unclear what I mean, I just didn't know how to word it lol
Love MIUI by the way. I use it as a daily ROM, just wanted to try something real quick

I don't know how to do it. But yes you can. They are just icons. Most of them have been taken from other themes or icon packs.

Ok thanks, I'll just play around with it when I get home. I'm just not sure if I have to place the .png images in each apk within the theme's framework then apply the UD theme.

Orrr if there's a customized_icons folder where I could just rename the .png icons and place them there. Its probably going to be the first...
