When using my Galaxy S III, I send lots of photos back and forth with my friends. Recently, when I click to download a photo, the message disappears and claims to be sent by anonymous. Has anyone else had this problem? Someone help me fix it!

I should add that it makes me unable to see the photos I receive. I can, however, send photos.
