MMS sending issues...

Ok, so I figured I would try Handcent and ChompSMS to see what they were all about. I installed Handcent first, then ChompSMS. With both application I could not send MMS messages. So, I've uninstalled them both from the Droid. Now, I cannot send MMS msgs with the native app either... the envelope with the red timer icon is displayed. But no error message or unable to send message appears... it just won't send.

In fact, when I attach the image to the msg, a msg appears "Converting to mms, charges will apply".

Any idea how to resolve my ability to send MMS?

i tried to send a mms to an australian mobile number on christmas day and it kept failing - that was the first one i've tried to send on my droid.....hope verizon doesn't have an issue with internatonal mms numbers.

try turning off the phone and turning back and then try and send
