Have had my RAZR since the 19th of November and have yet to get satisfactory resolution to Mobile Hotspot issues. Store manager says it is a software glitch. I have spent literally HOURS on the phone with tech support, no resolution. I connect to the internet just fine, but cannot connect with some sites. Others are just fine. "Level 4" tech was supposed to be in touch with me last Thursday..suddenly no response from them at all. HELP!!!!
