You can add several more smartphones to the list of Android devices that now have been updated with patches to protect from the Stagefright vulnerability. They hail from a couple of different carriers as well. Here's the list:
  • AT&T Galaxy S6
  • AT&T Galaxy S6 Edge
  • T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4
  • T-Mobile Galaxy S5
It looks like most of the carriers are taking this very seriously.

You can add the TMo Note Edge to that list as well. It was updated a couple of days ago.

Awesome! Keep em coming folks!

Something is coming from Vzw for my Note4 right now. I assume it is the patch...

The Tmobile Note 4 has also received the update.

I just read an article on Exodus and they claim that the patch that Google is currently pushing out through OTA updates is flawed and does not patch the phone against the stage fright vulnerability. They claim that they alerted Google that the patch was flawed on August 7th and Google continued with the patch anyway. The plot thickens. Interesting. Personally, I think this whole thing is way overblown by the web media anyway.
