Just eight days ago we shared intel that the rumored Motorola Bounce smartphone will actually be named the Moto X Force for the US. Today's rumor goes another layer deep with the names of this device. Supposedly there will be a Verizon version which will get the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 name attached.
Sadly for folks not on Big Red's network, this latest rumor even claims that it will be a Verizon exclusive and will only come to the US with that name. If this last part of the rumor is true, that would be a bit disappointing considering many of our members have switched from Verizon to other carriers. Perhaps it will be a timed exclusive, and we will still see a Moto X Force later on in the year.
Timing this phone to launch at the same time as the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie could be marketing genius. Of course, the potential trademark "gray area" could also be why the Moto X Force is NOT coming to the US. We shall see...
