Motorola Contacts Widget Now Showing Duplicate Numbers

I noticed today that the pull down Contacts Widget, when I hit the call a person icon is now giving me a choice of two numbers that are the same.

Anyone else run into this? Know how to fix?

If you have multiples for a contact it will ask you which one you want to dial. Should be able to check "don't ask again" or "set default" so it won't ask again.

When I had this issue it was displaying contacts from google and backup assistant

Now it's doing that AND one of my contacts is showing the information for another!
