I have an issue. The notification bar at the top of my screen flashes up and down constantly keeping me from using the phone. Every time it go to touch the screen it comes down! Texting is impossible. Is there a way around this? It just started out of nowhere. I searched the threads and didn't see anyone with a similar problem.
