i am interested in using my moto droid as a webcam with Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit and I followed this tutorial/program instructions ---> Download – Windows | Placaware

but I can not get the driver to install for my computer... the device manager notices it a Motoral A855 but it can not find the right driver to install (or any driver for that matter...) so I can not seem to get the program to locate and notice my phone as a webcam..

so here is my Q(s)
1) what am i doing wrong??
2) where can i find the driver for Moto Droid (OG Version/A855)
3) how can i use my phone as a webcam via USB cable?

thanks guys, im sure this isnt the first time this is asked...

'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Windows\system32>adb -d forward tcp:8081 tcp:8081
'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Windows\system32>pause
Press any key to continue . . .

and on my phone when i startup USB Webcam is says its waiting for Skype camera & skype mic

I am using a Dell Inspiron 1520 Laptop to connect with Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit - I have followed the link above step-by-step except for the fact that I cannot find the driver for my computer/phone
