I own a Motorola Droid FRG22D for about a year now. The stock browser whenever switched to refreshes the current page. For example, If have the browser open then switch to any other application, then switch back to the browser, it refreshes the page. I can't come up with any logical conclusion on why this happens. Is this a normal occurrence or is something wrong?

On my phone (D1) I have UD 2.5 with compcache @ 26% and I can toggle hancent, phone, browser and settings and go back to my page without reloading.
Also while playing angry bird, take a call and resume play where I left off.
I believe its a lack of memory, but the awesome developers here have made remedies.
Rooting and a customs roms are the biznazz

Thank you crazyjoker2.
I don't know what UD 2.5 with compcache @ 26% is. Would you mind filling me in?
My phone is rooted but still trying to comprehend roms so I don't screw things up. It seems that everyone gets it, so people just talk in abreviations when reffering to things. It makes it confusing.

So you think its because lack of memory? Do the roms help with memory managment?

Dolphin browser and the stock browser both reload the page when you switch back to it. Hmm, this is odd.
