Got to handle the phone briefly today outside Verizon. Apparently the Motorola rep was there, they dropped it from about 6ft face first onto the concrete sidewalk and it sounded like the screen broke. Picked up the phone and it was in perfect shape, I was very impressed
Well, if a "shatter proof" screen is the only new feature of the Turbo 2 then
I think I'll wait until the next "flagship" comes around. Heck, I remember droping my OG Droid on an asphault surface with the back and battery flying out. Never scratched the screen. Matter of fact, I've dropped all my droid phones at one time or another and I have never scratched any of their screens and I've never used a screen protector on any of them. 1 OG droid, 2 Droid Razzr Maxx and my current phone, a Droid Turbo.
