Motorola DROID Ultra vs. Droid Razr Maxx

I see there is no card slot for memory on this Ultra,what are all the changes besides the screen display which is 5.0.I have a droid razr Maxx and was thinking about getting one.At a glance they look the same.

The Maxx has the upgraded battery from the ultra, ie droid razr Maxx compared to the droid razr!!!
