Motorola Facebook Boot Loader statement

I have been reading the Motorola page of Facebook and the new customer interface there, James King, has just stated that not that many customers are interested in having the boot loader opened. He says the majority are happy as it is. Is this correct? Vote above and perhaps we can see what the situation truly is.
