Motorola started off the new year with a bold new offer to jump-start sales of the Moto X. They permanently lowered the off-contract price of the Moto X to only $399.99. While it's not quite as juicy as their previous $150 off coupon which brought the price to $350, and it doesn't quite match the price of the Nexus 5, which is also $350, it's still quite a deal on an excellent piece of mobile hardware. What's especially tempting about this deal is that it also includes their Moto Maker customization options as well (except for the wood-grain material).

If you missed your chance to snap up one of those coupon codes from before, now you have one more shot to get it close to that price. Here's a link to Moto's site below to investigate further.

Wow...not too shabby. I can imagine it'll come down a bit more by mid-year...

I used a coupon and bought a 32gb right before Christmas. I love this little phone and wish I had bought one sooner. I doubt I will even root it.
