Motorola Milestone 2 or HTC Desire HD

Hi Guys,
I have the milestone 1 since it was launched like a year ago and am thinking of either upgrading to Milestone 2 or the HTC Desire HD. Any advise for user of milestone 2 or desire HD? Here's my consideration
1. Future OS upgrade (motorola is really bad in this area)
2. Qwerty keyboard if possible but I think I can live without it..
3. Mail (my company on google apps and email is very important for me). Don't like the mail interface on milestone but heard that desire HD doesn't fair better either..
4. VPN (can't get it to work on Milestone1)

I am really not too comfortable with Motoblur though.. read a lot of bad review on it..

Hope any user of these phone can give me some advise..

The milestone 2 is a really good phone.
1. with the new os upgrades they have removed alot of blur
2. not a fan of the keyboard but they have upgraded it
3. dont have a corprate mailbox
4. works on milestone 2!!
