I'm unable to get the my contacts transferred from the v3 razr to the droid

download bitpim (google it)

connect your razer to the computer

open bitpim

it will recognize our phone

push "get phone data"

once you get your contacts from your phone, go to file export, and export the contacts as a CSV file.

Import the CSV to google contacts list. your phone will automatically sync w/your google contacts and POW! you are all set.
