motorola razr xt910 cracked screen, help!!

my motorola android xt910 has fallen and it now has a cracked screen, when i plug it in, the led light comes on but it is forever white. when its plugged into the computer, it does not show up ... please help me with this problem
i know it costs a lot to buy a screen and digitalizer, is there another way that this problem can be resolved

1. Total device replacement (if you carry such insurance)
2. New device

I don't see any other option worth it. Dropping the money into your phone to fix it could be better applied to another device.
