Motorola Repair Center?

Has anyone has any positive/negative experiences with the repair center? My Moto Droid has dead pixels and dust stuck under the screen, and i called in and they told me to send in my phone for repairs. I was wondering if it would be wise to do so.

Also should I lie about more problems in hopes of getting a replacement? Or should i just stick to the truth and let them fix my problems? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have had a negative experience, I went to repair my droid and they tried to charge me twice. I have to call the REST team tomorrow to see if I have to punt anyone out a window at Motorola.
