Motorola Support My stuff

I can not get my moto x to show up in my stuff. Any one else having problems with this? Chris

Trying to link the phone to Motorola for location services and ability to remote wipe.

Well after a couple hours on the phone with Motorola they suggested I just go to Android Device Manager in a Chrome window on my PC where I was logged in with my gmail account. Cool, there was my Acer A200 tablet, the Moto X and my old HTC Rezound. Hit the button to ring the Moto X and is two seconds it was ringing!!!! Showed it setting in my house. Gives the option to lock it with a new password or wipe it clean with a data reset!

His parting words were that they have been having some problems with the Motorola site/function!!!! No kidding!!!

This is cleaner and simpler on googles site.

Set up on the phone is similar/same. Location service at highest level, Security set to active under Device Administrators, and your matching email address under Motorola Device ID.
