Moto's Mess Up

So, I went to take the required survey for the soak test I was involved in. And the first question asked was, "were you able to successfully update to 2.3.4?"

....... really Moto?
I answered truthfully with no. If they want me to review their software, they need be more organized than a 4th grade teacher.
