"MOTOSPEAK" vs "MY MOTOSPEAK"

It seems there are two different applications that fight each other. Whenever "MY MOTOSPEAK" attempts to run "MOTOSPEAK" seems to start and override it.
Should I "FREEZE" or uninstall "MOTOSPEAK" so that "MY MOTOSPEAK" works correctly?
They seem like two different programs by Motorola.

You should have one or the other installed. MY MOTOSPEAK is the latest.
