Move all apps, messages, settings over to another droid incredible?

Got a replacement incredible and wonder if there is a way to completely move everything over without having to start back over with new settings etc? A full backup of every single thing from one phone to another?

Could it be done thru clockwork? Like save ur current rom then move it to sd card and reload it on the new one?

If your rooted get titanium backup, and smsbackup. If not rooted I think Mybackup and smsbackup will do it.

Well for the clockwork think you need root on both phones to get clockwork installed anyways. So if he's going to need to root the new phone first.
