move data question

Hello, can someone tell me how to move data from the sd card to the phone, please? I recently put a bunch of music on the sd and the phone acts squirrelly from time to time. There is 6gb of room on the phone(2gb of music on the sd). It's a work phone so I can't root it or anything exotic.

If you can't root it you can't access the phone's internal storage.

Purchasing a larger SDcard is your only option if you can't root.
