Hi, I'm new here and new to droid.

I have a motorola droid. I made a new wallpaper per specs I've read.

I hooked up my cord from droid to my laptop, and the laptop said it installed a new driver.

But I don't see the droids sd card in my "COMPUTER" settings.

How do i transfer the wallpaper from the laptop to the droid?

thanks,

Robert

in the notification bar, there will be something about being connected via USB, click that, and then click mount

Welcome to the forum, inetmarketing! This is how to mount the Droid:

1. Connect the Droid to the computer with the USB cable
2. From the Droid home screen, pull down the Notification bar, located at the top of the screen (or you can also press the Menu Key on the front of your Droid and then select Notifications)
3. Select USB Connected
4. Select Mount
5. You can then explore the ‘Removable Disk’ that is now connected to your computer and create folders directly on the 16GB SD card in your phone for whatever you need.

6. When you're finished, touch ‘Turn Off USB Storage’ on the Droid
7. Then touch ‘Turn Off’
8. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer

That worked perfectly. I didn't think the "Removable Disk" was the spot.

Now to just play with the left and right side of my wallpaper to get the results I'm looking for.

Thanks,

Robert

PS- Email didn't work for me
