Moved pics and now gallery messed up

So I decided I would organize my cameras pictures into my galleries folders I already had, but now my thumbnails along with albums are either displaying the wrong amount of pictures or wrong pictures. I used a file explorer from the market. Is there a way to reset that or delete the thumbnails and have the phone build it again?

I tried clearing the Gallery app cashe, but no luck
