Movies on Droid

There is so much talk about watchig videos and movies on the droid, does anyone know a good place to stream movies? Real movies, not like movies from india made in 1946 ..

Best bet is to download a movie, or rip it from dvd then convert it to mp4. I have Jersey Shore on my phone, no idea why but everyone always get a good laugh out of it. I also have Anchorman which I ripped.
