Moving apps from sd card

I recently upgraded from a samsung fascinate to a motorola razr. Before I activated the new phone, I moved most of my apps from the fascinate to the sd card thinking I can access the apps from the card. If I go to my files and to the sd card, I can see the apps but they do not run. I have downloaded several apps that I have found online thinking I can fetch it from the card and so far nothing. I have downloaded app backup & restore, appInstaller, astro, easy installer and nothing has worked. Any suggestions on how to get access to the apps on the sd card?

The entire app doesn't get moved to your sd, just some of its files. You'll have to download them again. Only Titantium Backup will let you actually back up the entire app to the sd card.
