Hi all!

Do you guys store all your apps in internal Storage or transferred some of them to SD Card (2nd Internal Storage)? Have you guys ever missing any apps after you plug the phone to PC and then ended up losing the 2nd storage from my Computer forever till you format SD card? thanks

There's no need to move apps to SD anymore. This was an issue with older phones that only had like 256mb of internal storage.

thanks for the reply!

But isn't like the OG Droid where making internal memory lightweight by moving it to SD cards can make the phone snappier?

I asked this just because I don't want any surprises like in my Bionic where the apps moved to 2nd internal memory automatically that made it not readable in my computer and ended with missing apps in phone after. Hopefully Motorola find a fix for future phones.

No, moving the apps won't make the phone faster. Think of internal memory as just for ROM and not RAM. Plus android allocates memory different than most popular OS's

Anyway to move those appropriate apps to the SD card....down to 24.70 of phone storage...clear app cache everyday

Not a feature on the phone anymore no.

Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Xparent Cyan Tapatalk 2

Thanks....just alittle worried I will run out of storage in a year or so

yea, it's a bummer. Just make sure to store all media externally.

Yea, just all the stuff that you are able to move, move it. With just apps on internal storage it should last you a while... (unless you're some app downloading fiend or something ;))
