Moving data from SD card to internal?

Hi, guys, new girl here =) I just got my Droid Razr last week, and I'm having trouble with the SD card in the phone. Sometimes it's compatible, but sometimes it's not. I have pictures and sounds for notifications, and I would like to not have to worry about if the SD card is going to work or not. How can I move the contents of the SD card onto the internal memory? There is more than enough space, I'm sure.

Yes u can, all u need to do is select the files u want to move, select move... tap home then internal storage. Tap the file that u want to move them into, tap move. Done. Not sure which phone u have but the process should be similar to this. Hope this helps?
