Moving SD card from Rezound to Razr

This may be a very simple/dumb question, but I am going to ask it. I currently have a HTC Rezound with a 16GB SD card. Can I move/use this SD card to my new Razr HD? Do I need to reformat it? Will Razr HD recognize the Pics/music/etc on the card?

yes, you can move it without formatting.
