Okay, hopefully can tell me how to resolve this. Company exchange server sends me voice recordings from our stores as MP3 attached emails. When I click on the MP3 of the email, it reports in a small blue box at bottom, No Music Files Available. However if I save the MP3 first then I can play it by going through the folders and then select the mp3 and play it.
What am I doing wrong or is this by design that I can't press play on the file from my inbox?
