MUGEN On The Droid?

Im pretty sure it isnt out there at all and itd be murder on the fingers, but I remember someone make an amazing new version of 'SNK VS Capcom' years ago. Think it was called 'SNK VS Capcom Ultimate MUGEN 2007' or something, but it was great and I know itd be nice to have on the go. Anyone know if theres a way to play that or anything MUGEN related on the Droid?

I've been looking everywhere to see if MUGEN had some type of emulator or had been somehow converted to an apk file to use on a droid phone. To me, although I have no clue about this stuff, but to me it seems like it would be an easy program to do. But then again my tech knowledge is about as good as my automotive knowledge, non existant.
