Multiple email notifications!!! HELP!!!

Somebody help!! I keep getting multiple Email notifications!!! i have searched and cant seem to find the answer. ill get a email....check it....and 3 hours later get the notification again!! AT 3 AM when im sleeping!!!

same thing happens to me, but usually its about 1-5 minutes after i delete the e-mail!
