Multiple phones in 2015?

Are you phone enthusiast to the point that one phone isn't enough? If you use multiple phones or don't yet but want to what do you use (or plan on using) and what is your favorite device and why?

Also, HOW do you use your multiple phones? Is one for work and one personal? One for work and two for personal? One large phone and one small one? Do you simply alternate from one day to the next or do have some other neat usage scheme?

Come on and tell us what you do (or want to do) with multiple devices.

I actually have an extensive collection of phones, approximately 40-50, never counted them.
Only 4 of them are in use though.
I don't have a land line so they are my only access to the Internet etc.
One is a Samsung slide phone which has an old Orange sim which is on a special contact which only costs me what I actually use, if I don't use it it costs nothing.
I use this to give the number to commercial people, dentist, doctor, service station, work etc.
This collects all the spam.
The second is a Note 4, on the three network, which is used for giving the number to friends.
Third is a Samsung Mega, on Vodafone, which is used for family.
Fourth is a Nexus 5, on giffgaff, which is just a fun phone.

I use 2, all the time. If I'm speaking with support for a customer's software issue the second phone comes in really handy.I've been known to hold 2 conversations at once without using conference calling or swapping calls. ;)

I can see having a second phone for business purposes, but I don't get people who have 2 (or more) for personal use.

I agree. IMO that defeats the whole purpose of having a "smartphone". Buy one device that does everything you need and call it a day. Unless you own your own business or your job requires it, I don't see a need to have more than one active phone, but that's just me.

The second phone replaced my pager. ;);)

I do use it for business and pretty much nothing else. My primary phone never leaves my side, not for a second. The second phone goes with me when I'm on the road.

Being the IT Director, I'm basically on-call all the time, but I wouldn't want a company phone. Might be different if I didn't have unlimited minutes, but I'd just stick it in a drawer and set that number to forward to my own cell if they gave me one, whereas the head of maintenance has a work phone and a personal phone and he shuts the work phone off when he leaves, so it's really just an extension of his office phone, but I don't even get that, except that he has to run to hardware stores and other places quite a bit, so it's nice to be able to reach him when he's out of the building, but I'd use my own phone for that as well.

I have a plethora of phones, but use only two right now. If Samsung would move a bit quicker with Lollipop for the Note Edge I could ditch my i6 +.

I mean, I have 2 spare phones in a drawer, & you use 2 because of work.

I still have my original iPhone. The battery lasts for a whopping 45 minutes now. Among other phones...HTC One X, S2, S3, Note 1, Note 2, Note 3, an S5 and a i5s.

Fortunately I only have to carry two phones for six months out of the year while I am working. The other 6 months while on my off time I usually do work related stuff strictly from my tablet.

I usually only carry 2 phones, the Note 4 and the Mega.
That way I have twice the staying power and never worry about battery life.
My daughter's husband once showed my an over sized battery he had on his Note so I showed him my two phones. :)
