Music app shutting down

The past few weeks i've been listening to my music in the car and all of a sudden it will stop playing and shut down. I have the music app on the ignore list for advancedr app killer and task manager...Any ideas to why its doing this? Also are there better music player apps out there?

I've had this happen to me a few times, but I can't seem to find any cause, it seems fairly random. Only 1 out of every 50 listens though. And personally I think any music app is better than the stock one. I use PowerAmp, which used to be the best because of the equalizer, but now a lot of apps have one, so I'm sure they're all great. Just try them all out, it only takes 1 minute total to both install and uninstall.
