Music download apps?

just got a replacement phone for my busted up samsung fascinate and am reloading all of my apps...however i cannot find any of the music downloader apps that i previously had. i had mp3 downloader. ive been looking online for any others, and every one that i've found isn't available anymore, like gtunes. did they do away with all of them??

Probably did for infringement. If it's too good to be true (copyrighted material for free)... that should raise some red flags.
