Music player messing up

my songs keep popping up"music player doesn't play this music file"
.....it has been saying this for a couple of days now and I gave listened to those songs before

I am having the same problem. I keep having to turn it off and pull out the SD card then put it back on and that fixes it for a couple of hours.
