Note 9 512GB Blue

VZW told me 9-6-2018, wife took off a day of work. I called when it didn't show, they then said 9-8-2018 promised by two supervisors, the day we had planned for our twins first birthday.... So we canceled our plans and waited, guess what never showed up. Now they are saying 10-12-2018. At this point I think I'm just going to cancel the order, this is a huge disappointment and maybe a month from now there will be a better deal?
