My app is stuck in limbo.

So my Droid was updated to 2.2 a month or so ago, and since then an odd problem has developed. In the Downloads section, I have a decent list of apps that a permanently stuck in the "downloading" phase of updating. The progress bar is solid grey, and trying to cancel the download instantly force closes the market app. I now can't use the app I payed for, and trying to uninstall it is impossible.

Go to menu/applications/manage apps/all - select market and then clear cache and then clear data. Give it a minute or two to regroup and it should be ok then.

:welcome: to the forums!

Do what was suggested above and see if that helps. You'll have to go through the market like you hadn't been there before, but other than that you should be good. Repopulating the downloads section could take up to an hour, however, so don't worry if it's empty when you first go back in.
