My battery drops down to 90% 1 min after a full charge

I charged it to full, then started browsing the web, and it dropped to 90% within a minute. GPS,Wifi, Bluetooth all turned off.

Is it an indicator problem or battery problem?

I've noticed that mine does this if I take it off right after it's done charging, but if I leave it on there a bit after it's done, it lasts longer before going to 90%. Which is weird, since it's supposed to not overcharge.

You do know that when it says 90% it actually means that your battery is anywhere from 90% to 99% full. This is because it reads by tens.
