My D2G sometime auto reboot why?

My D2G sometime auto reboot when I dial number or stand by.
And I try to flash the rom to fission 2.4.3, wiped before and after, the autoreboot situation still there.
Anyone can help me????

If you overclock and your phone is doing too many things, it will do that. Get rid of any anivirus or atk if you have any installed. That will help a bit. D2's have a nack for rebooting them selves.

After flashing the rom the first call made the phone reboot!
