My Droid is on, but the screen shows nothing.

My Droid is on and it is lighting up like I have a notification. I go to check and my screen will not light up. What is wrong?

Lets take a look at what issues you are having.

Do you have a droid 1 or droid 2.
Did that just happen or did it happen while you was trying to run an app, the reason I asked is an app could be causing you device to freeze or force close.

We need more information. And by the end of the day we may have you changing your name to the droid is the best phone ever.

Its just going to take time to get use to it.

I took it to the verizon store and they said that the screen display had gone out. I've had the phone for 88 days and the display goes out? Not to mention everytime i slid the phone up to use the keyboard it would freeze. However they are sending me another one free of charge with overnight delivery. Hopefully this one will have better quality then my first one.
P.S. I take very good care of my phone. I was at church and had it in my pocket and when i tried to use it after is when i found the problem.
