My Droid X keeps going into airplane more. WHY?

I recently got a replacement Droid X phone from Verizon and everything seems to work great except for that when I pull my phone out of my holster it is in airplane mode. It doesnt do it everytime but it does it enough to cause me issues with missed calls and emails.

Anyone know why it is doing this and how i correct this problem?
